摘要
忻州是一个典型的资源型城市,由于资源型产业的"挤出效应",经济发展面临很多问题:经济波动、生态恶化、可持续发展能力弱等,产业转型是实现地区可持续发展的必由之路。文章首先对忻州市产业发展现状进行了分析,并从经济结构、体制机制、产业发展和能源消耗等角度进行了问题分析。在此基础上,以科学发展规为指导,结合国内外资源型地区转型趋势,研究提出了适合忻州实际的转型发展对策建议,可为忻州市转型实践提供决策参考。
xinzhou is a typically resource-based city,because of the ＂crowding-out effect＂ of the resource-based industry,there are many problems confronted with economic grows：economic fluctuation、ecological deterioration and with poor Sustainable development capability,Industry transformation is the the only road.The paper discusses the current situation of the industrial development.And analyzed the problem from economic structure、institution and mechanism、industrial development and energy consumption.On this basis,It also offers some specific thoughts and policy suggestions for the transformation
