摘要
高血压危象是临床危重症之一,若不及时的治疗,常在短时间内发生不可逆器官损害,甚至威胁患者的生命。该文就高血压危象的救治原则、四种常用短效静脉降压药物作用机理及使用过程中怎样正确配置药液、输液方法的选择、给药速度的调控、降压效果的观察、不良反应及护理对策等监护要点做一综述,以期指导临床合理应用静脉降压药物,将血压维持在安全范围,提高救治成功率。
Objective：hypertensive crisis is one of the clinical severe frequently will be damaged irreversibly in a short period of time, and even illness, if without timely treatment, organs threaten the patient＇s life. In this paper,hy- pertensive crisis treatment principles, four commonly used short-acting intravenous antihypertensive mechanism of drug action and how to properly configure the liquid in the use of the process, the infusion method selection, the ad- ministration speed regulation,the antihypertensive effect observed adverse reactions and nursing and countermeasures monitoring points are reviewed, in order to guide the clinical application of intravenous antihypertensive drugs,keep blood pressure in a safe range, and improve the cure rate of treatment.
