摘要
目前医患关系紧张问题受到社会的广泛关注。构建良好的医患关系,不仅能使医生有一个安全的执业环境,而且对病人获得良好的医疗服务,非常重要。本文试图就医患关系紧张的形成原因进行深入分析,并就解决医患关系紧张问题提出一些应对措施。
At present, tension between doctors and patients has brought into focus. Building up favorable doctors and patients relationship can not only provide safe environment for the doctors, but also ensure patients to obtain good medicare service. This paper analyzes the causes of tension between doctors and patients, and proposes countermea- sures to settle the tension between doctors and patients.
