聚酰胺酸质量分数对聚酰亚胺纤维直径的影响

摘要 静电纺丝是一种有效制备聚合物超细纤维的方法.采用一种可实现收集装置在收集滚筒的旋转轴方向上做往复运动的静电纺丝设备.该设计提高了纤维在收集滚筒上的收集面积,同时也优化了所得无纺布膜厚度的均一性.通过不同溶液质量分数的配比,静电纺丝制备出聚酰亚胺(PI)无纺布膜,电子扫描电镜(SEM)得到纤维表面形貌图片,并对无纺布纤维直径大小和分布情况做出分析表征. Electrospinning is an efficient method to fabricate polymer nanofibers.In this paper,a drum type collector which can do automated reciprocating motion in the direction of vertical axis was designed.Observed in the experiment,this collector had increased the collecting area of fibers,and effectively made the non-woven membranes more uniform.Electrospun polyimide(PI) non-woven mats were prepared at various solution concentrations.The polyimide fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the fiber diameter and standard dispersion under different spinning parameters were also studied.
