摘要
介绍了Linux内核裁剪、实时性改造方案、并行接口、步进电机的原理及Linux下编译模块的步骤。通过编程控制并行接口的数据输出输入端,对指定针脚发送高低交替循环脉冲,实现步进电机的驱动,进而控制数控机床,为进一步开发研究实时数控系统提供了方法和理论依据。
The kernel cutting and the real - time reform scheme of Linux, parallel interface, the principles of the stepper motor and the compiling module steps in Linux were introduced in this paper. The date port of parallel interface was controlled through the programming. The high and low alternating cycle was sent to the specified pin to realize the drive of the stepper motor. Then the CNC can be controlled. Methods and theory base were offered for further research and development of Real-time NC system.
