我国区域环境质量与工业发展的空间差异研究

摘要 首先选取我国31个省市自治区13个环境质量指标和16个工业发展指标的相关数据进行主成分,将我国各地区的环境质量状况从高到低依次排序;再将全国各地区的工业发展水平进行了排序:东南沿海地区以及环渤海湾地区各省市的工业发展状况较为领先;并用GIS软件绘制出我国环境质量空间分异图和工业发展空间分异图及二者的比较图,同时采用Spearman秩相关分析得到二者的秩相关系数为0.723;得出结论:工业发展程度与环境质量优劣并不存在不可调和的负相关关系;并对中西部地区的环境保护与承接东部地区产业转移提出一些思考和建议。 This paper firstly selects related data of 13 environmental indexes and 16 industrial development in- dexes in 31 provinces to do Principal Component Analysis, which make the whole regions divided into five grades, then ranks the industrial development level of each province in order, and concludes that the industri- al development level of Southeast coastal area and round - Bohai Bay - region is higher than other regions. Spa- tial differentiation maps of environmental quality and industrial development and the comparison of them are drew with GIS, and rank correlation coefficient is 0. 723 in rank correlation analysis of them. The conclusion is there is not irreconcilable negative correlation in industrial development and environmental quality. This paper provides suggestions to central and western regions of China on environment protection and carrying on industry transfer frmn eastern region of China.
