摘要
研究了供应状态的变形铝合金 LY 12Y 高温变形时的动态再结晶诱发超塑性效应。未经任何预处理的供应状态 LY 12Y 板材可以在较宽的温度及应变速率范围内产生超塑性效应,最大延伸率δ_(max)=243%。分析表明,该效应是由变形初期的动态再结晶诱发产生;诱发过程可分为三个阶段。对第二相粒子在过程的作用及动态再结晶的形核方式进行了探讨。
The superplasticity induced by dynamic recrystallization in commercial al-uminium alloy LY12Y was studied.LY12Y sheet can exhibit suppertasticity in a wide rangeof temperature and strain rate in receipt condition.The maximum elongation of 243% wasobtained.The results of microstructure observation have shown that the superpoasticityobtained was induced by the dynamic recrystallization which occured in the early stage ofdeformation.The whole deformation can be devided into three stages.The effects of secondphase particles and the mode of dynamic recrystallization nucleation were also studied.
