摘要
目的:讨论全髋关节置换术规范的手术配合要点和护理措施。方法:对81例患者施行人工全髋关节置换术,总结临床资料,观察患者术前、术中和术后情况并实施护理,与手术医师和麻醉师密切配合。结果:完成全部手术,医护配合顺利,患者无严重并发症出现,术后效果满意。结论:完善各项术前准备工作,规范的手术护理和医护配合,重视术前术后访视,是顺利完成全髋关节置换术并取得良好术后效果的必要条件。
Objective：To discuss the key points of the nomative surgery cooperation and nursing interventations of the Total Hip Repalacement.Methods：81 patients taking the THR were involved,all the THR were done by summarizing the clinical data,observing the pre-,intra-and post-operation situations,carrying out the nursing interventations,and cooperating closely with the surgeons and anesthetists.Results：All the THR were conducted With good cooperation between the doctors and the nurses,achieving satisfactory effect without any serious complications.Conclusion：Perfecting the pre-operation examinations thoroughly,standardizing the procedures of the operation nursing and the cooperation between the doctors and nurses,taking the visiting before and after operation seriously provide a strong guarantee for the process of THR and the atisfactory effect.
