摘要
目的:探讨中医学天癸概念的内涵。方法:应用文献学研究方法。结果:天癸是中医学的重要概念,其内涵十分丰富。《内经》时期天癸被赋予了物质及功能属性,后期对其认识逐步深化。结论:天癸包括两方面含义:从物质层面讲,天癸是源于先天,由肾之精气所化生的一种促进生长发育、生殖机能的物质;从功能层面讲,天癸具有维持人体机能发育(主要指性、生殖机能),激发男女正常生理功能(包括男子精液生成与生殖,女子月经生成及生殖)等作用。天癸的至、竭与肾气的强弱,脏腑的虚实、气血的盈亏、冲任的盛衰、经络的通滞有极为紧密的关系。通过对天癸内涵进行研究,将有助于完整准确地把握中医学的基本概念。
Objective：To investigate and explain of the Meanings of Tiangui in TCM.Methods：Use the philological methods.Results：Tiangui was a important concept,which had rich connotative meaning.From the period phase that Huangdi＇s Internal Classics be published in book,The feature and material properties had been given.Conclusion：It included two-sided meaning.From the point of substance,Tiangui regulated human reproduction and development.From the point of function,Tiangui had to maintain physiogenesis and dynamically regulate human reproduction.Tiangui＇s ‘to＇ and ‘exhaustion＇ was closely related to the sufficient kidney essence,five viscera,qi and Blood,Chong-Ren＇ function and smooth meridian.Based on the connotation of Tiangui,will benefit from mastering of the fundamental conception in TCM.
