摘要
选定进入2010年全国田径大奖赛(苏州站)女子铅球决赛前8名的运动员滑步阶段技术作为研究对象,研究结果显示:研究对象在滑步阶段摆蹬动作协调,右脚蹬离地面瞬间蹬地角偏大,左腿摆动偏高,两大腿间夹角偏小,身体重心起伏较大,影响人—球系统的整体效果;研究对象滑步阶段左腿摆动最高速度均出现在右脚蹬离地面之前,即在右腿积极蹬伸的阶段;滑步时间稍长,与世界优秀运动员相比存在差距;滑步中上体上抬较大,影响了躯干扭紧程度和超越器械的动作质量。
Selected in 2010 national track and field competition(Suzhou Railway Station) women's shot put final top 8 players sliding phase technology as the research object,the results showed: the research object at the gliding stage swing leg movement coordination,a right pedal ground instant take-off angles are relatively large,left leg swing high,two thigh angle is small,the body's center of gravity fluctuation effect of human-ball system,the overall effect;research object sliding stage top speed of swing leg are appeared in the right foot off the ground before,namely in the right leg active push-off phase;the sliding time longer,and the world elite athletes gap;sliding in upper body lift larger,affected the trunk twisting degree and beyond equipment quality of movement.
