摘要
目的 观察全膝关节置换术 (TKA) ,术后早期持续被动运动 (CPM )的应用对膝关节内引流量的影响。方法 分别观察和比较手术当天下午应用CPM前、中、后各 1h膝关节的引流量及术后第 1d上、下午进行CPM前、中、后各 1h膝关节的引流量 ,并进行同一时段CPM前、中、后的两两比较。结果 术后当天CPM前、中、后 1h的膝关节引流量两两比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后第 1d上午CPM前、中、后 1h的膝关节引流量两两比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后第 1d下午CPM前、中、后 1h的膝关节引流量两两比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 早期应用CPM并不会使膝关节引流量增加 。
Objective This experiment was to observe the influence of early application of CPM(continuous pasive motion) to the drainage volume of operated knee joints in patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods The experiment had respectively observed and compared the drainage volume of operated knee joints after TKA at the operating day and the first day after operation before CPM,during the CPM and after CPM.Results The paired t-test of the drainage volume of operated knee joints during the operating day or the first day after operation wasn't significantly difference(P>0.05) before CPM,during the CPM and after the CPM either the morning or afternoon.Conclusion The study indicates that early application of CPM cann't increase the drainage volume in operated knees after TKA.So it is a safe and useful training for TKA patients.
