摘要
目的探讨神经外科住院患者健康教育需求,并对相关因素进行分析。方法选取2011年1～12月在我院神经外科治疗患者100例为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷对其进行问卷调查,了解神经外科患者对健康教育的需求情况,并对患者一般人口学情况与调查结果进行相关性分析。结果不同年龄在心理需求方面的评分比较差异有统计学意义,不同职业、不同文化程度、是否为医保在心理需求、健康知识三个维度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论不同文化背景、职业、年龄、是否医保等对患者的健康教育需求均有不同程度的影响。
Objective To analyze requirement and relevant factors of health education for neurosurgery patients. Methods Selected 100 neurosurgery patients in Jan-Dec 2011 were surveyed by self-made questionnaire,to know requirement and relevant factors of health education, and analyzed the relativity between general demography and survey results, Results Score of psychological need in different age had significant difference. Iternative careers,different cultural levels, medical insurance showed significant difference in psychological need, health knowledge,self-care （P 〈 0.05 or 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Different cultural levels, careers, age, medical insurance affect requirement of health education.
