摘要
目的:观察背俞穴透刺夹脊治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床疗效。方法:将120例腰椎骨质增生患者随机分为治疗组60例,采用背俞穴透刺夹脊穴法治疗;对照组60例,采用中药腰痛宁胶囊口服治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率达96.7%,对照组总有效率为75%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:背俞穴透刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎骨质增生疗效显著,效果独特,值得在临床上大力推广运用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncturing Beishu point through Jiaji point to treat lumbar hyperosteogeny. Methods： 120 cases of lumbar hyperosteogeny were randomly divided into treatment group by acupuncturing Beishu point through Jiaji point and control group by taking Chinese medicine Yaotongning. Results ：The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group,with a very significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0. O1 ）. Conclusion：The Clinical curative effect of acupuncturing Beishu point through Jiaji point to treat lumbar hyperosteogeny is distinct and unique, which is worth promoting in clinic.
