摘要
目的探讨超声在成人肠套叠临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对16例成人肠套叠的临床资料及声像图进行回顾性分析,总结其临床表现特点及声像图特征。结果成人肠套叠临床表现复杂多样,肠套叠声像图具有典型的"同心圆征"、"套筒征",合并肿瘤病变时,其二维和彩色血流有特征性表现。结论结合临床表现,超声对成人肠套叠有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in adult intussusception. Methods The clinical and sonographic features of 16 cases were reviewed and analyzed. Results Adult intussusception due to tumor showed some specific features based on “doughnut sign” and “sleeve sign”. Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosing adult intussusception.
