摘要
目的通过对电损伤患者进行心理问卷调查和生物反馈仪同步记录,研究电损伤患者的心理状况。方法对73例电损伤患者进行心理问卷调查,并且以生物反馈仪同步记录数据,加以分析总和,得出共性与个性。结果①SC对患者表现的生理性和心理性反应有良好的特征区分作用。②TEMP和SC指标匹配使用,使TEMP的稳定性和SC的敏感性得到了最佳的匹配性表达。③SC是区分电烧伤患者生理性疼痛和心理性疼痛的敏感而有效的生理指标。④心理加工程度越深,其SC和TEMP指标越高。⑤TEMP指标是鉴别患者正性情绪和负性情绪的有效指标。⑥患者对于未来适应社会问题的反应显著高于当前康复问题。⑦个体差异因素效应显著。女性对于不同心理加工程度问题的反应显著高于男性。结论确认SC指标和TEMP指标与烧伤患者身心特异性反应的特征关联,具有创新意义,也为以后的临床检测提供了一个有效的问题检测范本。
Objective To study psychological condition of electrical injured patients through questionnaire and bio-in- finity feedback record. Methods Studied the psychological condition of 73 electrical injured patients by questionnaire and bio-infinity feedback record. Through conclusion and analysis, found physiological indexes of measuring physical pain and psy- chological pain. Results （~）SC had a remarkable function on distinguishing physical and psychological reaction. （~）Matehing using TEMP and SC could balance the stability of TEMP and sensibility of SC. （~）SC was a good index on distinguishing physical and psychological pain. （.~）Psychological processing was a direct proportion to the read of SC and TEMP. Suggesting that we should put function of intimation of the medical stuff＇ s love earing words in consideration. （~）TEMP was a sharp index on distin- guishing positive and negative emotion. ~）Reaction of the question on future social adaptation was obviously higher than that of current rehabilitation. （_7）The effect of individual difference was notable. Female patients＇ reaction on psychological processing in various level was much higher than that of male patients. Conclusion There＇ s innovation meaning of finding the special relation of TEMP and SC index showing specific reaction of electrical injured patients. This research exposed this special relation- ship and provided a question testing sample for later further clinic research.
