摘要
工程建设项目造价的控制对于整个工程的顺利实施具有非常重要的作用,对于它的研究一定程度上可以对工程的实施起到指导性的作用。项目造价控制的关键在项目决策和项目设计阶段,然而项目投资人往往只注重如何节省施工材料、控制施工成本等方面,忽略了设计的重要性,导致成本的不断增加。
The engineering construction project cost control has a very important role to the smooth implementation of the project as a whole. Play a guiding role in the implementation of the project is a certain extent to it. Key project decisions and project design stage is the project cost control, however, the project investors tend to focus only on how to save on construction materials, control of construction costs, and i^nore the importance of design, ted to the rising costs.
