摘要
以"行动导向"教学理念为引导,根据移动通信人才培养现状,结合民办高职院校办学特点,开展了一系列行之有效的人才培养模式改革。通过细化职业能力培养目标,创建职场环境与教学环境相融合的"教学工厂"以及优化教学模式等教学体系的调整与建设,我院移动通信专业毕业生的职业综合能力获得了较大的提升,在我省民办高职相关专业的建设中起到了一定的示范和带头作用。
Taking the ＂Action-oriented＂ teaching philosophy as the guide, according to the mobile communication professional personnel training status, with running features of private higher vocational coUege, through the adjusting and construction of teaching system, including detailing professional ability cultivation objective, creating the ＂teaching factory＂ intergrating workplace environment and teaching environment and optimizing the teaching mode etc, make students of Mobile Communication technology specia/ty to enhance their vocational ability, get relevant enterprise high praise and have a demonstration effect in the construction of other private higher vocational college.
