摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析深圳市龙岗区慢性病防治院2010年3月～2011年5月皮肤科门诊92例神经性皮炎患者的临床资料,分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例),对照组予以复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以消风散加减治疗,观察两组治疗30d后的效果。结果观察组总有效率(91.3%)明显高于对照组(82.6%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗神经性皮炎可有效缓解症状,疗效较好,值得临床上推广。
Objective To analyse the curative effect of patients with neurodermatitis treated by traditional integrated western medicine. Methods Totally 92 cases with neurodermatitis were divided into observational group （n=46） and control group （n=46） according to different medication from March 2010 to May 2011, the control group were treated by Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream, while the observational group were given xiaofeng powder based on the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment of 30 d were observed. Results The total efficiency of the observational group91.3% was better than that in the control group （82.6%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was a good clinical efficacy in patients with neurodermatitis treated by traditional integrated western medicine, it is worth for clinical use.
