摘要
目的探讨大学生心理资本水平及其与网络成瘾倾向的关系,为大学生心理健康咨询与教育提供科学依据。方法采用雷雳、杨洋编制的青少年病理性互联网使用量表和自编大学生心理资本问卷,调查浙江省8所大学的320名学生。结果大学生心理资本总均分三年级(4.05±0.50)显著高于一年级(3.92±0.49)、二年级(3.82±0.53),城市地区大学生(5.05±0.43)显著高于农村地区大学生(3.88±0.54)。大学生网络成瘾倾向总均分三年级(2.35±0.54)显著高于一年级(2.17±0.50)、二年级(2.18±0.48),理科生(2.35±0.55)显著高于文科生(2.14±0.48)和艺术类学生(2.17±0.44)。大学生心理资本与网络成瘾显著负相关,前者对后者具有显著的预测效应(8.0%)。结论大学生心理资本水平与网络成瘾倾向有关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the psychological capital and intemet addiction disorder (lAD) among undergraduates so as to provide the reference for the psychological counseling and mental health education. Methods A total of 320 university students from 8 colleges of Zhejiang Province participated in this study involving measuring psychological capital and IAD with the Adolescent Pathological Internet Use Scale (APIUS) and the questiormaire of college students' psychological capital. Results The psychological capital level of the junior(4.05 ± 0.50) was higher than that of the freshman(3.92 ± 0.49) and sophomore(3.82 ± 0.53), and the level of the students from city(5.05 ± 0.43) was higher than that of those from countryside(3.88 ± 0.54). The scores of IAD of the junior (2.35 ±0.54) were higher than those of the freshman(2.17± 0.50)and sophomore(2.18± 0.48), and those of the science students(2.35± 0.55)were higher than those of the liberal art students(2.14 ± 0.48)and art students(2.17 ± 0.44). The psychological capital of the undergraduates was significantly negatively related to IAD (8. 0%). Conclusions There is a close relationship between psychological capital and IAD.
