摘要
为研究三相循环流化床蒸发器加热管束内固体颗粒的分布规律,设计并构建了汽-液-固透明多管循环流化床蒸发系统.利用CCD图像采集和数据处理系统,研究了液体循环流量、热通量、颗粒加入量及颗种类等参数对于加热管束中固体颗粒分布的影响.结果表明:随着液体循环流量、热通量和颗粒加入量的增加,颗粒分布的不均匀度降低;而随着颗粒沉降速度的增加,颗粒分布的不均匀度增大.研究结果为进一步解决固体颗粒在加热管束中良好分布的问题奠定了基础.
A transparent multi-tube vapor-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed evaporator was designed and built to research the solid particle distribution in the heating pipe bundle. The effects of circulating flow rate, heat flux, particle types and the amount of additive particle on the particle distribution in the heating pipe bundle were investi- gated using the CCD image gathering and processing system. The results show that as circulating flow rate, heat flux and additive particle amount increase, the nonhomogeneity of particle distribution decreases; as the settling velocity of particles increases, the nonhomogeneity increases. The results may be used to further solve the particle distribution problem in the heating pipe bundle.
