摘要 目的探讨人文关怀护理模式的构建与实施对提高护理质量和患者满意度的效果。方法将骨科住院患者800例按科室分为对照组和观察组各400例。对照组按常规护理模式工作;观察组构建人文关怀护理模式并实施,包括人文关怀护理模式的构建、护士长及护士关怀能力的培养等。结果两组住院患者对人文关怀护理工作的满意度(除关心、尊重并友好对待患者条目外)比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论人文关怀护理模式的构建与实施可有效地提高护理质量和患者满意度。 Objective To construct a humanistic care model in orthopaedic wards, and to explore the effect of the model application on quality of nursing service and patients satisfaction. Methods A total of 800 patients admitted to the orthopaedic wards from January through June 2012, were assigned into a control group and an observation group, with 400 patients in each group. The control group were subjected to conventional nursing model. For the observation group, we constructed a humanistic care model and imple- mented it, we also provided training programs on how to foster humanistic caring ability to head nurses and nursing staff. Results Patient satisfaction with humanistic caring service ( except their satisfaction with the item of treating patients with concern, respect and friendliness) in the two groups had significant differences(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The construction and practice of hu manistic care model in orthopaedic wards could effectively improve the quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction.
