摘要
借助运动解剖学、运动生理学、运动训练学、逻辑学等多学科知识对人体的链结构、运动链及其弱链进行讨论,认为人体内存在着不同功能作用的链结构,诸如关节链、肌肉链、神经链、能量链等,是运动链依存的物质基础,运动链与运动弱链研究有助于运动训练方法与手段的科学创新。随着竞技运动训练对人体机能能力挖潜日趋极限化,认识、发现及消除运动弱链应当是运动训练理论与实践领域重点关注的新课题,有助于提高运动训练的质量与效益、疲劳恢复及运动性损伤的康复效果。
This study uses the multidisciplinary knowledge of sport anatomy, sport physiology, sport training and logic to discuss the phenomenon, nature and characteristics of the chain structure, ki- nematical chain and sport weak chain in human body. In fact, there are different chain structures in the human body, such as joint chain, muscle chain, nerve chain, and energy chain, all of which are the material basis of kinematical chains, moreover, the research on kinematical chains and sport weak chain contribute to the scientific innovation of sports training methods and means. As athletic training activities tap increasingly the limit ability of the human body, awareness, discovery and e- liminating the sport weak chain should be the new focused issue in the field of sports training theory and practice, which help to improve the quality and productiveness of sports training, fatigue recov- ery and rehabilitation of sports - induced injuries.
