摘要
分析研究了8011铝合金主要合金元素的作用及相互影响,采用小试验研究和大生产相结合的方法,研究了合金中间退火工艺和冷加工率对合金综合性能的影响,并对影响合金性能的机理进行了探讨。结果表明:合理控制合金中Fe、Si含量及配比,采用320℃的中间退火和52%最后道次冷加工率,可获得综合性能优良的8011H16铝合金瓶盖材料。
The effects and relationship among the main elements in 6061 aluminum alloy were analyzed. The effect of intermediate annealing and cold deformation on the overall performances of the alloy was discussed. The result showed that 8011H 16 aluminum alloy for bottle cap with good combination properties can be obtained by adjusting the contents and ratio of Fe, Si, adopting intermediate annealing at 320℃and final pass cold rolling reduction of 52%.
