摘要
对部队控制疾病的实践和发病情况分析,指出部队人群在非战争条件下受社会和部队特殊性影响,健康安全受到传染病、饮食饮水安全问题、军事训练伤、地方性疾病、心理疾患、亚健康问题和其他常见疾患和影响因素的威胁,提出需构建军队人群健康影响因素监测、预警与控制体系,对健康问题进行强化管理与干预。
The article analyzed controlling activities and incidences of diseases in the army. It pointed out that society and the military characteristics could affect military personnel in the non war conditions, the main factors included communicable disease, safety of eating and drinking water, military training injuries, local diseases, mental disorders, sub-health prob- lems and others. It also put forward to build a system to monitor, early warning and control the factors which could influence the health of military population, and to strengthen the management and intervention of health problems.
