基于ProModel的轿车座椅面套生产布局仿真优化

摘要 为实现某轿车座椅面套企业生产线布局及人员分配的优化,分析其现有生产系统,考虑离散系统建模的基本要素,基于ProModel软件对现有数据进行统计分析,并对该企业生产系统建模,通过仿真模拟不断优化布局及人员分配,得出适合该企业集中化布局的一种优化方案。改善后的生产系统在企业的实际生产中试运行效果良好,运行情况表明,优化后的生产布局合理,可实现企业经济效益的最大化。 In order to achieve the optimization of the production line layout and personnel assignment in car seat cover production, the current production system is analyzed with the basic elements of discrete system modeling considered, and the existing data are statistically analyzed based on PmModel. An optimized scheme suiting the centralized layout of the company is thus got through continually optimizing the layout and human resource distribution and simulating the model. The improved system shows good when used in the actual production and it indicates that the improved production layout is reasonable and the optimization can maximize the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
