摘要
通过调查分析,指出了武汉城市圈域农村环境污染主要是农业面源污染、乡镇企业的无序发展与超标排放、生活垃圾无环境治理基础设施等问题所造成的。针对这些问题,提出了资源化利用与生态补偿机制、合理制定乡镇企业排放标准以及建立农村环境物业化管理体系等三大治理措施。
According to the investigation and analysis of the of currentsituation of environmental pollution of rural areas in Wuhancity circle, this article finds out that the rural environmental pollutions are mainly caused by agricultural nonpoint source pollution, haphazard developmentandexcessive emissionsofpollutant-softownship enterprises and lack of environmental governanceinfrastructure. In order to address theseenvir-onmental issues, this article proposes some management measures,i, e. to expandruralcleansing worksto treat the problems of agricultural non-pointsourcepollution, to make ra.tionalplanningoftownship enterprises de-velopment and intensifysupervisionof township enterprises, to build rural propertystations to recyclesolid waste,and toenhaneeharmless treatmentofdomestic sewageand reutilization.
