基于状态估计的配电网可观性解决方案

摘要 配电网的不可观性严重制约了配电网自动化及智能电网的发展。由于基础遥测终端不足,造成状态估计由于数据冗余度不足而无法直接适用于配电网。深圳供电局有限公司通过建设计量自动化系统,为应用状态估计实现配电网可观性提供了解决方案。该系统引入计量自动的配电变压器、专用变压器、负荷控制终端采集的15min频率数据,可以解决配电网基础遥测终端不足造成的数据冗余度不足问题,从而实现10kV配电网状态可观,其估计结果达到实用性的要求。 Non-observability of distributed network seriously restricts development of distributed network automation and smart grid. For lack of basic telemetry terminal, state estimation can not be directly applied in distributed network due to in- sufficiency of redundancy of data. By establishing metering automation system, Shenzhen power supply bureau corporation provides one solution scheme for realizing observability of distributed network by applying state estimation. This system in- troduces 15 min frequency data collected by distribution transformer, specialty transformer and load control terminal with characteristic of metering automation which can solve the problem of insufficiency of data redundancy caused by lack of basic telemetry terminal. Thus , it may realize observability of state of 10 kV distributed network and its estimation result can meet requirement for practical applicability.
