板坯连铸结晶器自动加渣机的研制 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统单自由度移动式自动加渣机适应范围有限、影响浇注位正常操作、保护渣添加频繁等不足,研制了一种新型的两自由度侧方固定安装式保护渣自动加渣机。该加渣机包括控制系统、大料仓、电动蝶阀、软管、螺旋输送机和二维直角坐标加料机构。其中,大料仓固定于钢水罐操作平台上,加料机构安装于中间罐车侧下方。加渣机构末端安装着带小料斗和弯曲导料管的螺旋输送机,大料仓与小料斗之间通过电动蝶阀和软管相连通。该加渣机利用重力和螺旋输送方式将保护渣从大料仓输送到结晶器内,可以适应不同板坯生产规格,实现不同路径的均匀加渣,加渣量可控,不影响工人在结晶器前方(内弧侧)的其他操作,有利于提高铸坯质量和渣料利用率,降低操作者劳动强度。 Aiming to limits of the traditional mobile type automatic mold flux feeder with single degree of freedom, such as incomprehensive application, disturbance of normal pouring operation and frequence of mold flux adding, a new type of side mounting type automatic mold flux feeder with twain DOF has been developed. The constitutes of the new type feeder included controlling system, storage hopper, electric butterfly valve, hose, screw feeder and 2D cartesian coordinates charging mechanism. The configuration is that storage hopper is assembled on working table of liquid steel tank, charging mechanism is set up below middle tank car side, screw feeder with small hopper and bend feed pipe is mounted at the end of charging mechanism, storage hopper and small hopper are contacted through electric butterfly value and hose. The new type flux feeder carried mold flux into mold from storage hopper by adopting of gravity and screw transportation manner, which could apply to various standards of plate blanks, implement even feed in different routes and controlled feed quantity, these characteristics make workers conduct other operations in front of mold (at intrados side) without interruption. All these factors are favorable for improving blank quality, mold flux use factor and decrease operators' work intensity as well.
