摘要
以素绉缎为研究对象,对其进行接枝阻燃阻燃改性,通过FAST风格测试、悬垂性、透气性及可缝性实验研究,分析了整理前后素绉缎服用性能及加工性能的变化。研究表明,在服用性能方面,素绉缎阻燃整理后的悬垂性、尺寸稳定性都提高了,但是透气率下降;在加工性能方面,整理后的弯曲刚度、剪切刚度和成形性都有所改善,但缝合后断裂强力的降低,说明阻燃整理对素绉缎纱线屈曲状态产生了一定的影响;不同厚度的素绉缎在阻燃整理后,由于较轻薄织物在进行阻燃整理时更易附着阻燃剂,越轻薄的素绉缎阻燃前后所产生的性能差异越大。
This paper conducts graft modification of fire retardance with crepe satin plain as the research object andstudies and analyzes the wearability and processability of crepe satin plain before and after treatment through FAST style test, drapability, air permeability and stitchability experiments. The research shows that, in terms ofwearability, the drapability and dimensional stability of crepe satin plain after flame-proof treatment improve, but air permeability reduces; in terms of processability, bending stiffness, shear stiffness and formability after treatment improve, but the breaking force after stitching reduces, indicating that flame-proof treatment produces some influence on the buckling state of crepe satin plain yarn; for crepe satin plain with different thickness after flame-proof treatment, as fire retardant is easier to stick to lighter fabrics during flame-proof treatment, lighter crepe satin plain produce greater performance differences before and after flame-proof treatment.
