摘要
胃食管反流病是一种慢性复发性疾病,发展缓慢,症状轻重交替,严重影响患者生活质量,中医治疗本病在缓解症状、降低复发率、减少药物副作用等方面具有一定的潜力,文章从古代文献和现代中医两方面对胃食管反流病的病因病机进行论述,为中医治疗本病提供参考。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a chronic recurrent disease which develops slowly, making symptoms alternating and badly damaging the quality of life of patients. The treatment in traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the symptoms, reduce the rate of recurrence and the drug side effects. The article discussed the pathogeny and pathogenesis on gastroesophageal reflux disease in two parts ： the ancient literature and modern Chinese medicine and it may provide renference resources for clinicians to treat this disease.
