摘要
藿朴夏苓汤是治疗湿温病初起,邪尚在气分而湿偏重的常见方,但临证时,作者在原方中加上了荷叶、芦根、桔梗、扁豆,名为"加味藿朴夏苓汤"增强了宣畅三焦气机之力,扩展了临床运用范围,收效满意。
Huopu Xialing Decoction is a usual treatment adopted at the early phase of damp-warm disorders. In clinic, the author added lotus leaves, phragmites communis, platycodon grandiflorum and lentils into the original prescription, and named Modified Huopu Xialing Decoction in an attempt to disperse the Qi movement of triple-Jiao, which is proved to be clinically effective.
