心外科手术中自主神经节标测的双极射频消融 被引量：2

摘要 2010年3月至2012年2月，我们为31例房颤合并冠心病、风心病和退行性病变的患者在进行心脏手术的同时进行了心外膜标测自主神经节阻断和肺静脉隔离术，现报道结果如下。资料和方法本组中男19例，女12例；年龄42～74岁，平均（56．7±8．4）岁。阵发性房颤4例，持续性房颤16例，永久性房颤11例。术前常规进行超声心动、X线胸片、心电图及化验室检查确诊。超声心动提示左心房内径41～59mm，平均（49．0±4．8）mna，左心室舒张末期内径41～62mm，平均（51．0±5．7）mm，左心室射血分数0．48～0．73。
