摘要
中国古代土地占有制度是中国古代法律文化的具体体现。梳理中国古代土地占有制度的演进概况,探寻其发展规律,汲取其中符合中国现代社会的占有制度的精华,对于丰富和完善我国现代物权制度,具有重要的意义。
The land possession system in ancient China displays specifically legal culture in ancient China. Studying the developing of ancient Chinese land possession system and its pattern will be helpful to draw positive aspects from it, which may be suitable in modern Chinese society. This will be of great signifiance to enrich and perfect our country＇s modern property right system.
