麻疯树地上部分中倍半萜和环肽类成分 被引量:2

Sesquiterpenes and cyclopeptides from the aerial parts of Jatropha curcas Linn.

摘要 目的:研究麻疯树(Jatropha curcas Linn.)地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用正/反相硅胶柱色谱和HPLC等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从麻疯树地上部分的甲醇提取物中共分得7个倍半萜类成分和2个环肽类成分,鉴定其结构分别为八氢-4-羟基-3α-甲基-7-亚甲基-α-(1-甲基乙基)-1H-茚-1-甲醇(1)、10α-羟基-15-酮基-α-杜松醇(2)、15-酮基-T-杜松醇(3)、3α,4β,9βH-10α-甲基异胡萝卜-5-烯-11-醛(4)、(±)-1β,6α-二羟基-桉叶-4(15)-烯(5)、二氢吐叶醇(6)、(3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-三羟基-7-大柱烯-9-酮(7)、麻疯树环肽A(8)、麻疯树环肽B(9)。结论:倍半萜类成分1~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents extracted from the aerial parts of Jatropha cur- cas. Methods: Various chromatography methods including silica gel column chromatography and HPLC were ap- plied to isolate chemical constituents. The compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods including 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and MS. Results: Seven sesquiterpenes ( 1- 7) and two cyclopeptides (8-9) were obtained from the methanol extract of the aerial parts of J. curcas and elucidated as octahydro-4-hydroxy-3ot-methyl-7-methyt- ene-a-(1-methylethyl) -1H-indene-l-methanol ( 1 ) , 10a-hydroxy-15-oxo-a-eadinol (2) , 15-oxo-T-cadinol (3), 3a ,413,9 βH-10a-methylisodauc-5-en-11 -al (4) , ( ±) 1 [3,6ct-dihydroxyeudesm-4 ( 15 ) -ene ( 5 ) , dihydrovomifoli- ol (6) , ( 3S, 5R, 6S, 7E) -3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one ( 7 ), curcacyline A ( 8 ), and curcacyline B (9), respectively. Conclusion : Compounds 1 - 7 were isolated from the genus of Jatropha for the first time.
