摘要
目的:探讨不同种类激光预处理对全瓷和牙齿组织面粘结强度的影响。方法:制备标准牙本质片、瓷片样本各75片,使用半导体激光(波长分别为810 nm和980 nm)、水激光、酸蚀剂(96 g/L氢氟酸酸蚀瓷面,350 g/L磷酸酸蚀牙本质面)4种方式分别预处理全瓷和牙本质表面,并以未处理组作为空白对照(每组15对样本),每组各取2片用扫描电镜观察不同方法处理后瓷及牙本质表面的形态特征。将剩余的65个牙本质分别与65个瓷片粘结,水浴24 h后冷热循环500次,万能实验机检测各组(每组13个样本)抗剪切强度;体视显微镜观察粘结破坏模式。结果:扫描电镜下观察显示氢氟酸及810 nm半导体激光预处理后全瓷表面形态改变明显;水激光及波长为810 nm半导体激光预处理后的牙本质表面形态改变明显。剪切强度测试结果显示,水激光处理牙本质表面后瓷与牙齿的抗剪切强度最高,与其他各组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而另3个实验组的抗剪切强度均与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各组粘结断裂模式无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:使用水激光进行预处理能够明显提高全瓷与牙齿的粘结强度。
AIM: To study the effects of differents laser treatments on the bonding strength between all-ce-ramic and dentin in vitro. METHODS : 75 standared slices of dentin and 75 of ceramic were prepared and divided into 5 groups with 15 of each in every group. The bonding surfaces of porcelain and dentin were treated by diode laser( at 810 and 980 nm) , water laser, and acid etching (96 g/L hydrofluoric acid for the ceramic and 350 g/L phosphoric acid for dentin) respectively. Control group received no treatment. The morphology of procelain and dentin (2 sample of each group) were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) after treatments. The rest 65 dentin chips were then bonded with the 65 ceramic slices, immersed in water for 24 hours and thermo-cycled for 500 times. The shear strengths of the models(n = 13 in each group) were determined by Universal testing machine. Debonded surface was observed, by stereomicroscope. RESULTS: SEM observation showed that hydrofluoric acid and 810 nm diode laser treatment significantly changed surface morphology of the ceramics. Water laser and 810nm diode laser treatment signif- icantly changed surface morphology of the dentin slices. Water laser treatment significantly increased the bonding strength between ceramics and dentin (P 〈 0.05). While no significant difference was observed between the other three experiment groups and the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The debund patters of the models of the 5 groups were not signifi-cantly different(P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION: The bonding strength between the ceramic and dentin can be improved by water laser treatment.
