高功率绿激光治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价120W高功率绿激光(HPS-PVP)治疗伴有下尿路梗阻的前列腺增生(BPH)患者的安全性及有效性。方法收集接受120W HPS-PVP治疗的388例BPH患者,分别于术后1、3、6、12、24、36个月进行随访观察,随访内容包括国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿(PVR)、前列腺体积。结果所有患者手术一次成功,前列腺体积平均为(76.0±23.1)ml,手术时间及能量消耗分别为(50.8±15.5)min、(188±69)kJ,所有患者IPSS评分、QOL、PVR分别由术前的(25.6±5.1)分、(4.2±0.9)分、(150.3±90.7)ml下降为术后的(9.4±2.8)分、(0.8±0.8)分、(26.1±9.6)ml;Qmax由术前的(8.0±3.6)ml/s增加为术后的(19.1±5.6)ml/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后并发出血及保留导尿者8例(2.1%),尿道狭窄8例(2.1%),因前列腺残余腺体增大及膀胱颈挛缩而再手术分别为6例(1.5%)、5例(1.3%)。结论 120W HPS-PVP治疗BPH患者安全、有效,是较为理想的治疗方法。
