摘要
光电产品的可靠性仿真试验是提高产品可靠性的保证,通过信息收集、数字样机建模、模型修正与验证、应力分析、故障预计及可靠性仿真评估,说明了可靠性仿真试验是提高可靠性设计的有效途径。
Reliability simulation test of photoelectric products is effective and economical to improve product reliabili- ty. Through the information collection, the digital prototype modeling, the model verification, the stress analysis, the fault simulation and reliability evaluation, we come to the conclusion that reliability simulation test is an useful tool for product reliability design.
