地表水和饮用水中微囊藻毒素的测定相对国标方法的改进与优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章通过实验建立了一种测定地表水和饮用水中微囊藻毒素的高效液相色谱方法,该方法分析样品量为1L,方法检出限为0.004μg/L,可以达到液相色谱质谱仪检出限水平,方法精密度RSD为2.61%(n=7),方法准确度为88.3%(加标量为0.727μg/L,n=7),色谱体系为甲醇体系,相对于国标方法,该方法简便、廉价、检出限低、准确度高。 It was established a high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of Microcystins-LR in surface water and drinking water through experiments. The sample volume was 1 L, and the detection limit was 0.004 μg/L, could be reached the level of liquid chromatography mass spectrometer detection limit. The relative standard deviation was 2.61% (n = 7), and method recoveries were 88.3 % (The amount of the standard sample added was 0.727 μg/L, n - 7). Chromatography system was the methanol and water. Relative to the GB method, the method was simple, cheap, low detection limit, and high accuracy.
