摘要
文章结合我国环境监理现状和石油化工建设项目的特点,提出石油化工建设项目实施环境监理的必要性,并对其环境监理工作要点和应重点关注的问题进行了初步分析探讨。
In the paper, on the basis of current status of environmental supervision in China and the characteristics of petrochemical construction projects, the necessity of environmental supervision for the petrochemical construction projects was stated. And the important points of environmental supervision for the petrochemical construction projects were discussed.
