摘要
随着经济发展,进口刀具在大部分企业中的应用越来越广泛,但是因为其采购成本高昂、周期长,也成为了制约企业生产的一个很重要因素。我公司重点设备——摩擦焊机所用的切飞边刀具就是很典型的一个例子。我们通过对其实施国产化,成功解决了公司在生产中的瓶颈问题,降低了刀具采购成本。
With the development of economy, the application of imported cutting tool in the enterprise is more and more extensive. But the high purchase cost and long purchase cycle brought in by import activity have played a restrained role in production activity of enterprise, one typical example is the defash cutting tool specially used in friction welding machine --which is one of our key equipment. To overcome the bottleneck problem, we successfully localized the defash cutting tool and saved the purchase cost.
