摘要
简述了铜合金化学抛光过程中双氧水分解的催化机理,并对几种稳定剂的作用采用集气法进行定量对比,确定了以乙醇为稳定剂的全光亮化学抛光工艺配方。
The paper discussed the regularity of the effect of types of wheel adhesive,sizes of abrasive grains and parameters of grinding process on the grinding results when plasma sprayed ceramic coating was grinded with diamond grinding wheel. The tests proved that the diamond wheel had better adaptability to the Ceramic coating. The optimi2tion of the grinding process was set up.
