摘要
本文的重点在于分析班级经营的实施、应用及研究发展方面的议题,论述班级经营的内涵与策略,以台湾地区的班级经营实施为例,阐释说明班级经营实施的政策、制度、研究、实施与评鉴层面,并且评论班级经营的研究与发展,透过研究议题、研究方法、研究应用、研究结论与研究趋势等议题的分析说明,针对班级经营的重要性、内涵与实施、班级经营的研究发展、班级经营的重要议题等,进行研究发展与实施上的探讨,提供台湾地区班级经营的研究与实施方面的经验,希望透过台湾在班级经营方面的经验分析,可以提供中小学班主任在班级经营方面的参考,以及班级管理研究发展的引导。
The study focuses mainly on the issues relating to the practice, application and development in class management course, in which are involved the connotation and strategies of class management. In addition, the study takes the class management in Taiwan as the major example, and elaborates the class management based on the practical strategy, system, research and evaluation methods, as well as its development in the future. Meanwhile, the study analyses the importance, meaning and practice, research trends and important issues of class management and provides class advisors in Taiwan with more reference on good class management. Accordingly, these experiences on class management in Taiwan would benefit those who need more references and guidance in class management.
