摘要
自从党的十六届五中全会提出社会主义新农村建设这一重大理论课题以来,新农村文化建设问题引发了学术界的广泛关注,并成为"三农"问题研究热点。围绕什么是新农村文化建设、为什么要加快推进新农村文化建设、当前新农村文化建设怎么样以及如何加快推进新农村文化建设等四个方面,理论界就新农村文化建设的概念内涵、时代意义、困境与成因、应遵循的原则以及实践路径等问题进行了深入探讨,取得了丰硕研究成果。今后在新农村文化建设研究中需要搭建起历史的烛照与现实关怀之间的桥梁,在推进比较与借鉴研究中实现其辩证超越,促进单一学科向交叉学科的视野拓展深化。
Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee carried out the important theory of new rural construction, it has caused the attention of the academic circles and become the hot spot of the rural problems, farmeris problems, agriculture problems＇research. Discussions are around four aspects which are what is the new rural culture construction, why we speed up the process of new rural culture construction, how the new rural culture construction and how to accelerate new rural cultural construction and so on. Theory circle discussed the connotation, significance, predicament and cause, the principles and practice problems of the new countryside culture construction and achieved fruitful research results. In the future in the new rural culture construction we need to be set up the bridge between historical perspectives and the real concern, achieve its dialectical beyond in the process of comparison and reference study, promote a single subject to interdisciplinary view.
