摘要
目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺发育的诊断价值。方法分析60例男性乳腺发育患者的二维及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)特征。结果 60例乳腺超声测量值前后径(0.95±0.15)cm、左右径(2.18±0.86)cm、上下径(2.12±0.75)cm,19例有不同程度导管扩张,测量值为0.06~0.12 cm。男性乳腺发育表现为以乳头为中心或偏向一侧的盘状低回声,与周围组织分界较清楚,其内可见向乳头方向聚拢的管状回声。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对男性乳腺发育的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值,可为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠信息。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency color doppler uhrasound to male mammary de velopment. Methods The two-dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) characteristics in 60 male patients with hyperplasia of mammahy glands were analyzed. Results In 60 cases of mammary ultrasound measurements, the anteroposterior di- ameter was(0.95±0.15)cm,the left-right diameter was (2.18±0.86)cm and the suprainferior diameter was(2.12±0.75)cm. 19 cases had different degrees of duclal dilatation with the measured values of(0.06-0.12)era. Male mammary development was menifested by disk-shape low echo with nipple as the center or deflection to one side,the clearer boundary to peripheral tissues the SmTounding tissue,tubular-shape echo gathering to the nipple direction was seen within it. Conclusion The high-frequency color doppler ultrasound has the important diagnostic and differential diagnostic value to male mammary development and can provide the reliable information tot clinical diagnosis and treatment.
