摘要
目的:探讨银杏叶提取物防治早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及其机制。方法: 61例早期糖尿病肾病患者被随机分为对照组28例,以达美康每次80 mg,每日2次口服;治疗组33例,在此治疗的基础上,口服银杏叶提取物(舒血宁)2片/次,每日3次,连续观察30日。结果:治疗组的全血黏度、血浆黏度。纤维蛋白原、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、纤维蛋白原水平、24 h尿蛋白定量和尿蛋白排出率与治疗前比较都有显著性的改善(P<0.001);与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05或P<0.001)。对照组只有高切全血黏度和甘油三酯有显著性的改善(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物可降低血脂、血黏度,改善肾脏微循环,减少尿蛋白的排出;适用于防治糖尿病的早期肾损害。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tablet Ginkgo blood leaves on blood viscosity and urine protein excretion rate in the patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty-one cases of early diabetic nephropathy receiving diamicron were randomly divided into control and treatment group. Two Tablets of Ginkgo biloba leaves extract were given three times daily to treatment group for 30 days in addition to diamicron. Serum lipid, blood viscosity, 24 hours urine protein quantity (24 h UPQ), and urine albumin excretion rate (UAER) were measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, only high shearing rate viscosity of blood TG improved significantly (P<0.00l) in the control coup, with a total effective rate of 64.3%.In the treatment group, triglyceride (TG), blood viscosity, 24 hours urine protein quantity (24 h UPQ), and urine albumin excretion rate (UAER) improved significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.001 ) with a total effective rate of 91%. There were significant differences between the two groups after therapy (P< 0.05 & 0.01). Conclusions: Tablet Ginkgo biloba lelaves extract is useful for early diabetic nephropathy by lowering blood lipid, improving hemorrheology in renal microcirculation, and decreasing urine protein excretion rate.
