摘要
草鱼是我国重要的大宗淡水鱼类之一。文章就近年来国内外学者关于草鱼蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、脂肪酸、碳水化合物等营养需求的研究进展进行综述。
Grass carp is one of the most important economic freshwater fish in China. ln this paper, the recent advances in grass carp nutrition physiology studies were presented, ineluding dietary requirement of protein and amino acids, lipid and fatty acid, and carbohydrate.
