摘要
试验选用体重500±20kg、3.5岁龄、装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的西门塔尔牛阉牛4头,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,以混合精料和风干玉米秸秆为基础日粮,研究130%的维持水平下,日粮中添加产酶益生素(0、10、20和30g·d(-1))对日粮养分消化率和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,日粮添加产酶益生素后,20和30g·d(-1)组日粮干物质、有机物质、无氮浸出物和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),20和30g·d(-1)组日粮粗蛋白质和粗脂肪表观消化率显著高于对照组和10g·d(-1)组;20g·d(-1)组血清总蛋白和白蛋白浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),20和30g·d(-1)组血糖浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),20和30g·d(-1)组血清总胆固醇和尿素氮浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果证明,产酶益生素的适宜添加水平为20g·d(-1)。
Four Simmental steers(BW 500±20 kg, 3.5 years old) with permanent rumen cannula consuming a corn straw diet were used in a 4 - 4 Latin square design and supplemented with four concentrations(0, 10, 20 and 30 g·d^-1) of supplemental E-probiotics to evaluate the effects of different E-probiotics concentration on energy me-tabolism and nitrogen balance of steers. The results showed that digestibilities of dry matter, organic matter, nitrogen free extract and acid detergent fiber in steers supplemented with E-probiotics at 20 and 30 g·d^-1 were higher than control group significantly(P〈0.05). Digestibilities of crude protein, ether extract in steers supplemented with E-pro-biotics at 20 and 30 g·d^-1 were higher than that of 10 g·d^-1 and control groups significantly(P〈0.05). Supplemented E-probiotics at 20 g·d^-1, blood serum total protein and albumin concentration were higher than control group signifi-cantly(P〈0.05). The blood glucose levels in 20 and 30 g·d^-1group were higher than control group significantly(P〈 0.05). The concentration of urea nitrogen and serum total cholesterol were lower than control group significantly(P〈 0.05). These results indicated that the optimum dose of E-probiotics supplementation was 20 g·d^-1.
