药用植物马鞭石斛组织培养与快速繁殖

摘要 以马鞭石斛(Dendrobiumf imbriatum Hook.var.oculatum.Hook.)的种子为外植体进行了组织培养快速繁殖技术研究,以期筛选出适合各个阶段培养的培养基配方。结果表明:马鞭石斛种子萌发原球茎诱导的最佳培养基为MS+GA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 1.5mg/L,诱导率达85%;KT 0.5mg/L+6-BA 2.5mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L的MS培养基最适宜马鞭石斛原球茎增殖及幼苗分化,分化率为90%;最适宜马鞭石斛生根的培养基为MS+AC 0.5mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L,生根率为100%。 Taking the seeds of Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook. vat. oculatum. Hook. as materials, the tissue culture andrapid propagation in vitro of it were studied,in Order to screen the suitable medium in every stage. The results showed that the best medium for protoeorm-liked body induction was MS+GA 0. 1 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L,with the inductivity85%. The best bud differentiation and proliferation medium was MS+KT 0. 5 mg/Lq+-BA 2. 5 mg/L+NAA 1. 0 rag/L, with the differentiation rate 90%. The best medium for rooting was MS+ AC 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L, with therooting rate 100%.
