摘要
目前,我国高校基本还在实行国家统一包揽的养老制度,给国家财政和高校财政带来日趋沉重的负担。我国已经出台了基本养老保险制度,改革高校养老保险制度,已经成为时代的必然要求。
At present, Chinese universities basically still implement the national unified pension system, which brings increasingly heavy burden to the finance of the nation and universiti-es. China has introduced the basic pension insurance system, to reform the pension insurance system hasbecometheinevitable demandofthetimes.
