摘要
目的观察吴茱萸不同炮制品的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,观察吴茱萸不同炮制品的镇痛作用;采用耳肿法观察吴茱萸不同炮制品的抗炎作用。结果吴茱萸不同炮制品能明显提高热板和扭体试验小鼠的痛阈值,其中以砂烫盐炙组作用较强;对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,其中以砂烫组作用较强。结论吴茱萸不同炮制品均有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用,其中以砂烫组和砂烫盐炙组作用较强。
Objective To study analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of different processed products of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss. ) Benth. Methods The analgesic effect was tested by hot plate method and writhing body method in mice. The anti- inflammatory effect was tested by ear swollen method in mice. Results For the pain caused by hot plate method and writhing body method, the different processed products of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss. )Benth. have obviously increased threshold of pain in mice. Among these products,the group of stir- baked in sand with processed salty water shows more intensive effect,which has substantially inhibiting effects on mice's ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene. The stir- baked in sand is more intensive. Conclusion Different processed products of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss. )Benth. have marked analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,of which the stir-baked in sand one and stir-baked in sand with processed salty water one are more intensive.
